How many sessions will I need?

How soon will I see results?
Results vary from person to person, but most clients begin to notice improvements within 2–4 weeks, with full results visible around 8–12 weeks after your final session.

What do I need to do before and after my treatment?

Avoid alcohol and caffeine on the day of your treatment.
After your session:

Continue drinking 2–3L of water daily to help flush toxins and melted fat through your lymphatic system.
