Cancellation Policy

At Contoured x Kate, I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations have a big impact.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
Repeated cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.

Your understanding helps me manage time effectively and offer appointment slots to other clients who may be waiting.

No Refund Policy

All services, deposits, and treatment packages at Contoured x Kate are non-refundable. This policy is in place because each session requires time, preparation, and equipment allocation prior to your appointment.

If you experience an unexpected issue or concern with your treatment, please reach out to me directly at contouredxkate@gmail.com so we can review and resolve it together with care and professionalism.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind
Late arrivals or no-shows
Unsatisfactory results due to lack of client compliance or lifestyle factors outside of treatment

Results Policy & Client Commitment

While all of my body contouring treatments are proven to deliver results, they are not magic — they are designed to enhance your results when combined with a healthy, active lifestyle.

For the best and most visible outcome, clients must commit to:

Drinking a minimum of 2–3 litres of water daily to support lymphatic drainage and fat cell elimination
Maintaining a calorie deficit (consuming fewer calories than expended)
Moving their body or exercising for at least 30 minutes per day

Results may vary from person to person depending on individual metabolism, hydration, lifestyle, and consistency.
Because of these factors, Contoured x Kate cannot guarantee specific results — your outcome will always reflect your level of commitment both inside and outside the studio.
